Prayer & Supplications
This is a section where anyone can post their needs and their requests for prayer, and others can then check to see just what these are to then bear some of the burden (whether through prayer or in deed). Should any of you desire to post a need that you have or post a request for prayer, then please use the contact form to do so. Should any of you desire to help someone in a way other than just prayer, then you can also use the contact form to express that and an effort will then be made to put you in touch with the person that you want to help.
Regarding these "prayer requests," I feel led to say here that I think it best if we simply present situations in a way that others might get the burden for prayer by the Spirit. Those who are then given a genuine burden to pray by the Spirit should then also be led in prayer by the Holy Spirit. What we are attempting to do here is to simply present some needs of the Body before the Body, and this so that intercessoral priests might then arise who can bear witness to the Father's heart.
Updates will occasionally be posted here. These will be posted in blue, to set them apart from the original prayer requests.

Priscilla asks for prayer, especially with regard to the salvation of her husband Eugene and the return of her two boys. There apparently is a pending court case, some dire financial matters, and quite a few other things that need to be resolved asap.

My wife Sandy has been in the hospital since Friday 3-25-11. Diabetes and Cellulitis. Swollen right foot and bad, ugly, seriously infected big toe that they may have to take off. Also, our finances are not in good shape for supplies, meds, etc.

I have been struggling very badly over this past year. In every way possible. Spiritually, financially, emmotionally, and with relationships. All this combined with doubt that God might not save everyone (which means so very much to me) has caused me to go into a deep depression. I so very much need God to make a way where there is no way. He did it once when I discovered the beautiful idea of Universal Salvation. I just feel ready to give up on life. Please pray that God will intervene powerfully.

Aju has written in and asks for prayer for himself and the woman who he intends to marry. They've encountered quite a bit of opposition from relatives to these marriage intentions and this has now caused much strain and stress among all involved. May God have His way in this situation and may the families on both sides of this be blessed in their ability to hear God's voice and yield to HIS will, whatever that may be.

David, could you please keep my sister Christina in prayer? She was just diagnosed with a bit of lung cancer that the doctor says is operable. She is a precious saint of God who was instrumental in my coming to the Lord so she is very special to me. The doctors have to decide whether she has the lung capacity to be able to afford to have a lobe removed. If not, they will do chemo.

I have a request for prayer and a hope that Judge Zuckman here in Los Angeles CA. would release me to go back to GA. on October 5th, a little over a week from today. Please pray that GOD might touch the Judge's heart to let me go, because my marriage to Linda & the relationship with the rest of my family & my grandkids are at stake.

I have a prayer request concerning my niece and her husband. My niece has wanted a baby for years, and because of some female issues she has not been able to have one. They have decided to adopt now and are awaiting a new baby boy to arrive. These two have gone through all kinds of things, and have spent a lot of money for this adoption, only to find out now that they are facing yet another obstacle. They are not even sure anymore if the adoption is going to go through! My niece is heart-broken about this as she awaits the judge's final answer in the matter. The baby is due any time now. Please, if you feel led to intercede in this, we thank God for you !! Blessings!

Please, remember Shule and me in prayer for a relationship miracle for us both, that we be reconciled for the glory of God, THAT GOD WILL BRING OUR RELATIONSHIP TOGETHER AS A MARRIED COUPLE, THAT HE WILL BLESS OUR REUNITING AND THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO RAISE OUR FAMILY IN GODLY FEAR.
May God draw us both closer to Himself, and that we can have a loving relationship with God and each other. May His perfect will be done for us.
SOMETIME IT TAKES THE SEPARATING TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE MEANT FOR ONE ANOTHER, SO please PRAY THAT GOD WILL QUICKEN SHULE'S SPIRIT AND OPEN HIS HEART FOR HIS LOVE FOR YOU. FATHER GOD SO THAT THIS WILL BE WHAT YOU HAVE COMMANDED, PRAY THAT YOU WILL UNITE US IN LOVE, PRAY THAT THERE IS NO OTHER INVOLVEMENT. THAT US, TWO INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE LOST THEIR WAY FROM ONE ANOTHER, AND THAT YOU HAVE ORDAINED US TO BE ONE
Please pray for a restoration of the relationship and that it become the relationship that God wants it to be. May He open up the lines of communication so that He is honored by the peace and love between Shule and me. May I be open to hear how God wants me to act and speak to Shule. May the relationship be a blessing to us both. May He be between Shule and me, filtering every word, every action, every thought.
Please, agree in prayer that our relationship is restored in a Godly way. That we be able to each speak Truth to one another in love. That God will greatly direct and guide us and that most of all we will know His great love for us. May the Lord bless us with children and with a peaceful home.
Also, please, hold Shule before You and ask that You draw near to him so that he becomes aware of Your Presence too. Let this time apart be a time of healing and renewal. Cause him to desire a reconciliation and make contact with me.
Lord, please restore the relationship between Shule and me, making stronger than it ever was before. Let our relationship grow, with You as it's solid foundation. Strengthen the communication between us and hold us in Your Love and care, leading us towards marriage and a lifelong commitment. Bless us with many healthy children, who will grow up knowing You.
Please, ask the Lord to move in miraculous power in this situation.

Cameron's friends & family thank everyone for their shared thoughts, their support, & their prayers. Cameron has been through a lot, but is showing good progress after his (brain) surgery. There are yet some procedures ahead for Cameron, and perhaps even some more surgery, so please, don't let up on praying for him.

I'm asking for prayer for a 10 year old boy who had an aneurysm, is in the hospital, and is in need of a miracle. Cameron Perez is the older brother of a former baseball teammate of my son. This is quite an amazing family (Juan, Deirdre, and 3 boys). They are all obviously going through a lot right now.
David... if you could send out a prayer request on your website, it would be greatly appreciated. There is info about Cameron (including a picture, if you want to put a face with your prayers) and updates from the mom on this website - www.caringbridge.org. Jeffrey Powers Col USMC (ret) requests prayer for Gary and Cindy Hogman. Gary is serving in Iraq while his young wife is fighting cancer here (in the US). Cindy is 32 years old and has just been diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer and her chances for survival are very slim. She was pregnant with her second child when she miscarried (at 3 months). They now know why. Gary has also expressed his desire for this prayer request to be sent "to the far reaches of our world." Let's hope that it reaches some hearts that can bear witness to the Father's will.

Just a few days ago my wife was diagnosed with cancer. It doesn't sound good at all ... it's in her lungs, her kidneys, liver, lymph nodes, spine, etc. I know that with GOD all things are possible, so, I appreciate all the prayer we can get. God Bless.

My 'ol buddy and prayer warrior, Sam (82 yrs old), has recently had a stroke and is in pretty rough shape now, though he is still able to stay at home (alone) in his apartment. I spoke with Sam on the phone last night and he expressed (in the best way that he could) his need for prayer. Sam has been warring behind the scenes (in prayer) on my behalf and on the behalf of others for very many years. I ask you now to consider lifting him up in prayer, my beloved friend, and our dear brother in Christ, a now very worn and weary soldier of the Cross.

I ask for prayer for Jeremy, who lives in Vero Beach Fla. He is 27 years old, and in this past year he has become a heroin addict. His mother, Barb, loves God, and she is now desirous of our prayers for her son. Please pray for Jeremy, in whatever way you feel led. Thank-you.
