Prayer & Supplications
This is a section where anyone can post their needs and their requests for prayer, and others can then check to see just what these are to then bear some of the burden (whether through prayer or in deed). Should any of you desire to post a need that you have or post a request for prayer, then please use the contact form to do so. Should any of you desire to help someone in a way other than just prayer, then you can also use the contact form to express that and an effort will then be made to put you in touch with the person that you want to help.
Regarding these "prayer requests," I feel led to say here that I think it best if we simply present situations in a way that others might get the burden for prayer by the Spirit. Those who are then given a genuine burden to pray by the Spirit should then also be led in prayer by the Holy Spirit. What we are attempting to do here is to simply present some needs of the Body before the Body, and this so that intercessoral priests might then arise who can bear witness to the Father's heart.
Updates will occasionally be posted here. These will be posted in blue, to set them apart from the original prayer requests.

Cameron's friends & family thank everyone for their shared thoughts, their support, & their prayers. Cameron has been through a lot, but is showing good progress after his (brain) surgery. There are yet some procedures ahead for Cameron, and perhaps even some more surgery, so please, don't let up on praying for him.

I'm asking for prayer for a 10 year old boy who had an aneurysm, is in the hospital, and is in need of a miracle. Cameron Perez is the older brother of a former baseball teammate of my son. This is quite an amazing family (Juan, Deirdre, and 3 boys). They are all obviously going through a lot right now.
David... if you could send out a prayer request on your website, it would be greatly appreciated. There is info about Cameron (including a picture, if you want to put a face with your prayers) and updates from the mom on this website - www.caringbridge.org. Jeffrey Powers Col USMC (ret) requests prayer for Gary and Cindy Hogman. Gary is serving in Iraq while his young wife is fighting cancer here (in the US). Cindy is 32 years old and has just been diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer and her chances for survival are very slim. She was pregnant with her second child when she miscarried (at 3 months). They now know why. Gary has also expressed his desire for this prayer request to be sent "to the far reaches of our world." Let's hope that it reaches some hearts that can bear witness to the Father's will.

Just a few days ago my wife was diagnosed with cancer. It doesn't sound good at all ... it's in her lungs, her kidneys, liver, lymph nodes, spine, etc. I know that with GOD all things are possible, so, I appreciate all the prayer we can get. God Bless.

My 'ol buddy and prayer warrior, Sam (82 yrs old), has recently had a stroke and is in pretty rough shape now, though he is still able to stay at home (alone) in his apartment. I spoke with Sam on the phone last night and he expressed (in the best way that he could) his need for prayer. Sam has been warring behind the scenes (in prayer) on my behalf and on the behalf of others for very many years. I ask you now to consider lifting him up in prayer, my beloved friend, and our dear brother in Christ, a now very worn and weary soldier of the Cross.

I ask for prayer for Jeremy, who lives in Vero Beach Fla. He is 27 years old, and in this past year he has become a heroin addict. His mother, Barb, loves God, and she is now desirous of our prayers for her son. Please pray for Jeremy, in whatever way you feel led. Thank-you.
